Rob received BS and MS degrees in Food Science from the University of Florida and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Ted Rath enters his second season with the Los Angeles Rams. He enters his 10th season at the pro level, previously as an assistant strength coach for the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions.
Prior to joining the Rams, Rath was named assistant strength and conditioning coach in Miami for the 2016 season. Before his stint with the Dolphins, he spent seven seasons (2009-15) with the Detroit Lions as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.

Morgan Bergren is 24 and a Professional Volleyball Player for VC Wiesbaden. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Her third year of professional volleyball she adopted a minimalist lifestyle. "When I come home I am overwhelmed by all of the material things I have accumulated over the years. Getting to travel with only two suitcases has helped me appreciate a more minimalistic lifestyle. I'm still growing and learning exactly what that means for me, but I do know I would rather collect more memories than more stuff. Sarah Piampiano grew up as a nationally ranked runner and ski racer. After college she went to Wall Street, where she worked long hours in investment banking, before discovering triathlon in 2009 on a bet. Almost overnight, went from smoking 2 packs of cigarettes per day to jumping head first into the triathlon world, and at the end of 2011 she left her job in finance and began training and racing full time as a professional long-course triathlete. Since then she's won 3 ironman titles, 6 70.3 titles, been ranked 3rd in the world in Ironman racing in 2016 and 2017 and finished 7th at the Hawaii Ironman in 2015 and 2016. Her goal is to win the Ironman World Championships in Kona.
